Kevin was great to deal with. Knows the are so well. He and his team are hard working and we felt very comfortable that no stone was left unturned. Their communication was excellent and we trusted him to get a great result for us. Very happy with the outcome and highly recommend Kevin and his team.

I first met Angela when she did an appraisal of my home a couple of years ago. At that stage I wasn't sure if I would sell it or hang on to it as an investment property. She kept in touch and was helpful in suggesting properties I might have been interested in. Throughout the campaign I was happy with how Angela and Dylan built a relationship with buyers and got a real sense of their interest. I don't feel this is the case with all agents. I would readily recommend Angela and Ray White.

When the decision was made to sell we contacted Kevin in the first instance. He had performed a market appraisal for us many years before and had maintained the relationship with annual contact to see what plans we had. From the initial meeting we impressed with both his general knowledge and deep insights into the Cheltenham real estate market. We signed up knowing that the plan he put forward should be followed to the letter, which is what we did. Engaging a stylist to present the house, video presentation, brochures and online presence exposed our property to countless more people than we expected. This was reflected in the number of people who came to the home opens. It was a short sharp campaign from a highly experienced team led by Kevin. All interactions and communications were on time and above expectations. Auction day itself was an amazing experience. A huge crowd with seven active bidders which Kevin kept engaged throughout. The final two bidders brought the final sale price to a much higher price than our expectations. We would highly recommend Kevin and his team to any prospective sellers.

Kevin came on board with us about 3 years ago , the property was being lived in by my deceased fathers Widow ( MERCY) ,he gave me as an executor regular updates on the local market via text etc, So when it came to selling he was my number one choice , and he has displayed compassion, loyalty, resilience integrity and above all honesty He and his team succeeded in a quality auction and great outcome , Good work Kevin under difficult circumstances, you were the right choice thanks Chris Calder

After meeting and discussing the sale of our property with several agents in the area, Angela by far worked the hardest to win our business. Angela came to us fully prepared with all of the information required to make us feel comfortable which left us with very few unanswered questions that were promptly answered by Angela on the spot. It is obvious that Angela is very passionate about her work which was then reflected throughout the entire campaign. Our campaign felt as though it was one of the longest on record due to the Covid-19 restrictions being put in place only days after launching. It was during these times of uncertainty that we knew we had made the right decision in having Angela, Dylan and the rest of the Ray White team represent us. Angela and the entire team went over and above to make our property available to view during these restrictions which we believe made all of the difference. Communication was also consistent during this time which was diametrically opposed to the contact we had from agents selling other properties during the same period. If you ever plan to sell or buy, Angela and the team at Ray White will not let you down. Professional, caring, honest and driven are only a few words we could use to describe Angela, Dylan and the entire team at Ray White Cheltenham. We made the right choice in working with Angela and we could not thank the entire team enough for achieving such a fantastic result! Highly recommended!

As first time sellers Angela walked us through the process step by step. As we were no longer living in the area she made us and our property feel like her first priority. Angela did not provide us unnecessary communication, rather very detailed communication and reports of how our property was going through the process. We were very happy with the result of our sale, Angela also ensured we were prepared for all outcomes. We have bought and sold with her and highly recommend.

We chose Kevin to sell our investment property. From day one up until settlement, we have had such a great experience! The communication we had with the team was fantastic, we loved the WhatsApp group as we were kept regularly informed with what was happening during the campaign. We are very happy to have chosen them for the sale of our property and would recommend them highly to buyers & sellers!
