We picked Kevin to sell our property based on my experience with him as a buyer several years ago. He was and continues to be highly assertive, communicantes well and was the best agent I met while I was trying to find my first home (out of about 30 agents), and has only gone above and beyond our expectations since! Kevin and his team always go over and above, and are always readily available. The communication was constant, with updates and any questions answered promptly. As we all live in regional Victoria we did not have the ability to "shop around" the available Agents in the Cheltenham area.
