We saw Kevin doing an auction at our next door neighbours house and were impressed by his professionalism. Kevin and his team did a wonderful job in all aspects of the marketing. Our auction was extremely slow and painful for us on the day but Kevin did an amazing job to get the buyer to an acceptable price for us. We would definitely recommend Kevin to anyone else considering an auction.

Kevin and his team did a terrific job advertising and holding open house inspections. His reports and follow ups to perspective buyers was great. At auction we achieved well above our reserve thanks to Kevin`s great work....

We met with 3 different real estate agencies and attended another of Kevin's auctions before deciding to go with Ray White Cheltenham / Kevin. We were impressed withe the marketing materials put together for context and for our house specifically. We were always kept up to date with the campaign progress and buyer feedback as it was received. Being new to the sales process we felt at ease with the way Kevin and team helped us navigate and understand it. We felt our interests were well looked after as vendors throughout the process. We'd definitely recommend Kevin and team in the future.

Genevieve has been on our selling journey, 3 times in 18 months. With each property sold, we have been provided a very high standard of communication, reliability and overall professionalism. Genevieve's friendly approach, 'can-do' attitude and fantastic market knowledge ensures she stands out from the rest. Genevieve and her wonderful team have always gone above and beyond for us resulting in stress free campaigns and fabulous sold prices.

Genevieve and the team at Ray White Patterson Lakes have been a pleasure to do business with. Gen has excellent market knowledge- (which we felt was required to maximise our sale price). She also has a caring, 'personal touch' approach that reassured us we were in 'good hands'. The record price results attest to her hard work and valuable negotiation skills. Her after sale wiliness to assist us with any questions and guide us through our purchasing process have been impressive. We recommend Genevieve and her team for any one that wants the job done both well, and with care.

The Marketing materials were good as were the open house inspections as they attracted a lot of people looking at the property. Communication through this process and before auction day was also good. On auction day we had only one bidder but Kevin was able to get them to the realistic reserve price we set. Overall an outcome that we were very please with and Ray White and Kevin achieved this. Thanks.
