To anyone that is looking at selling you must go to Kevin Chokshi at Ray White Cheltenham. He has an outstanding record and now after using him to sell my townhouse I understand why. Kevin is professional, well spoken and has an excellent knowledge of the real estate market. He does what he says he will do which in my past experience with agents does not always happen. He is honest and approachable, nothing is to much trouble. He had us involved in the whole campaign and gave us feedback almost on a daily basis. Kevin is an expert negotiator, he listened to us at all times and was always positive and helpful. I would highly recommend Kevin and his professional team to sell my properties in the future and would recommend him to my friends and colleges. PS- I loved the regular coffee's that waited at every meeting :).... Kevin does go that extra mile, which I commend him on. Genevieve Hill and her team (Ray White Patterson Lakes) are all highly professional people. Attention to detail, good communication skills and punctuality are paramount to them; when they provide an appointment time they were prompt in attendance. All the recommended professionals (ie; photographer, copywriter, house stylist, cleaning company) were all of a high standard, punctual to a fault, produced excellent work and would be recommended by us to anyone. All this is an indication of the attention to detail and professionalism which Genevieve (and her staff) provide to her vendors and at which she is highly skilled. She has the perfect personality to deal with both vendors and potential purchasers alike and is very capable of negotiating in a very pleasant manner, pointing out pros and cons appropriately. We cannot speak highly enough of Genevieve Hill and the service she provides.

Marketing materials I could not fault in any way. Communication and feedback - there was only a month from signing to auction day and during this time there were 5 open days and Kevin communicated with me within half an hour of closure regarding the number of groups passing through. I was also emailed regarding weekly listings and client reviews for my information. Overall sales process was extremely good. Negotiation skills exceptional. When Kevin found out I did not have a lot of people to help me de-clutter, he made a phone call and help was on its way. Vendor experience - this was a first time for me so this was both an emotional and stressful time, but Kevin was very comforting and took care of everything for me on my behalf. I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin and the Ray White team to anyone in the future. On the day of auction, I was able to witness Kevin at a previous auction and was very impressed with his handling at that time and of course there was no difference in the way our auction was handled. He was very good at what he does best without being "pushy" towards any intending buyers. My friends on the day commented on Kevin's friendliness and expert auction experience. Overall I found Kevin to be an honest, caring agent and I never at any time felt that I was on my own. His texting with genuine concern for me and my feelings during the campaign was quite overwhelming. I wish Kevin all the very best for the future.

Kevin, provided me with great support and kept me informed right up to the auction commencing. The weather was horrific, wind, rain and hail and he battled on achieving a great result. Iam happy to write this review for Ray White Cheltenham,and especially for Kevin Chokshi. From the first moment we were very impressed with the professional service Kevin and his colleagues provided. To select an agent is very hard but we felt from the start He is the one . In a very short time Kevin end his team organized everything so quick we hardly had a time to blink our eyes . Kevin and the team went above an d beyond by offering 2 open for inspection every Saturday one in the morning and one for afternoon.This demonstrated to us He is a hard worker and doing everything to sell our property .They kept us informed on regular basis ,very clear and detailed reports after every open house. I was left feeling that our property was going to be sold for a very good price .On auction day Kevin proved that He has a skill to sell . The overall sale process very professional and extraordinary.
