Excellent seamless service
Team did everything for me right from the handover from the builder to advertising, inspections and hand over to the tenant without me needing to attend their office even once. Gap of less than one hour between the handover from the builder and the tenant moving in.

Not great at all, provided address is wrong, initial property issues was not resolved for long time.
My property manager is very unprofessional, and provided many wrong information which caused me not only trouble but also financial loss. I dont understand how, but the address provided to me is wrong, which caused some of my package are lost. An area of 2.5m*0.25m carpet and wall are removed before my move in, a cabinet door is falling off, shower glass door nob is missing, garage remote control is not working and agent promised they will be resolved soon, and not it's been nearly a month since I moved in, I can not see any progress on any of these yet. If these issue are not resolved before Christmas, I am seriously considering launching a case in VCAT.

Applying for a rental
I was really thankful for how prompt and professional Sophie was with me, even when I had a question regarding the contract, I was called within 5 minutes and it was rectified. I've had many different property managers over the years and she was an absolute breeze to deal with compared to other real estates. Thanks again!

Not happy. The tenants left the house without even the end of lease cleaning
Tenants left the house without even end of lease cleaning and the agent did not bother to chase them up. We ended up getting $350 from the tenants while the house was a mess.

Our initial interaction as new clients was a great and pleasurable experience
We felt very welcomed as new clients to the Ray White Family. The agent was very personable and communicated with us all the way. Although we would have liked to have had a heads-up about the monthly fee attached to our rent payments, we are however looking forward to a long association with them.

Exceptional service from Ray White-Cranbourne
From the initial stage onwards Brianna was assisting for us to finalize the application, providing accurate information such as process, timeframes, coordinating with the rental provider to finalize the date etc. She was professional and friendly.
