Upon completing year 12 Breanna took her first step into real estate as an assistant Property Manager, shortly after, she began managing her own portfolio. Having grown up in a family that believes very strongly in the long term benefits of property investment, Breanna has a very clear understanding of the concerns and aspirations of the many landlords she assists on a daily basis. Having witnessed first-hand the difference that various property managers had made to her parent’s investment performance over the years, it was no surprise that Breanna chose to pursue a career in this field as soon as she could. With this background in mind, it is no surprise that so many of Breanna’s clients mention factors like her strong communication skills, highly organized and thorough approach and her attention to detail as some of the key reasons she has made a difference to their own investment performance. Great reliable property management team.

Great follow up from Suri in 2025, reliable team . From the settlement date and to the inspection . Daily feedback and update for the rental inspection. Email amd texts were prompt. Communication was clear , market knowledge was good especially in Clyde north , negotiation skills to bring the property back to the market and whole team is professional especially Suri and his team members. Appreciate your hard work and look forward to work with you for the next investment property.

Quality Tenant secured.

RWC Team provided great assistance to secure a new quality Tenant for a property which was re-leased. After the existing Tenants gave notice, Emily Harloff my property manager organised to have the property advertised and available for inspection one month prior to the exit date. Sophie found a new Tenant with a start date 1 week after the exit date. Quality property, quality location, quality Tenant found. Both Emily and Sophie are important employees to RWC always providing excellent service and reliability. Thank you for your care, help and diligence.
