I had Sophie Bridges, estate agent in charge of the rental I applied for. She was extremely friendly and understanding. Sophie was fast and efficient at keeping me updated and wasted no time processing my application and even helping me have the correct information needed. I've come across some rude estate agents in my time, however Sophie was a pleasure to interact with. I appreciate being treated so well. Not to mention a successful application and fast response.

The Ray White leasing team, led for us by Brianna Tuckey, was very professional and organised at every step of the way in re-leasing our property. From an immediate initiation of the advertising, through the open for inspections, the follow-ups on applications and the final acceptance of a new tenant application they were constantly in communication with us and backed by good technology in email updates. We felt fully informed throughout the process and that the team was committed to ensuring our property was let to a great new tenant.
