I dealt with Sophie Bridges and she was easy to talk to, not too formal, and made the transition for us to move in quick and easy. She called me while she was away in Perth and also on a few weekends. I know a lot of renting relies on the landlord but Sophie kept us up to date on what was happening even while it was taking longer than normal. Would recommend.

In my experience, I was running late to my inspection but I called and apologised and asked that they wait a few more minutes so I can just a 1-2 minutes look. She offered her genuine kindness by waiting outside the property with my guy who’s in a wheelchair so I was able to view the property with ease.
