Tbh my experience sofar isn't great. As RW advertise that they got a big and expert team for leasing and property management, but still I find the assigned leasing agent and property manager are not fully focused on customer success. I am new as investor and relied completely on RW expertise. I had to leave property vacant for many weeks than promised. Most times its been hard to get hold of the RW team. After 4.30pm no calls get answered. Never get prompt email responses. Home repair team complained they are unable to get hold of property manager. Iam slowly started to regret my decision of going with RW

This is second time I'm dealing with Ray White Cranbourne. Bought the house from them with Mark Simons being the agent. He's such a nice person that keep us coming back to them when it came to leasing out the property. Stefan Albanese and Bree Tucker were involved with the lease. Stefan and Bree are also easy to work with. Such a quick and efficient turnaround with the leasing out.
