I’ve been with other agencies and Catherine F & Caitlyn K have given me the absolute BEST customer service ever. They’re always friendly and on top of everything and every enquiry I have they’re always on on top it to find a resolution! I can be a bit of a “worry bee” but every interaction with them ended with a smile that would hurt my cheeks! Even especially with covid, theyre always making an effort to meet your expectations (and even exceed them). They are the absolute best employees you can have in a company! They both definitely deserve a raise for their hard work!!! It was an amazing experience to deal with them & im so happy to have an amazing & RELIABLE property manager!!
