I've had a pretty good experience with Ray White as our property manager. They have conducted inspections on time, let me know of any issues, and dealt with the tenants in a reasonable manner. The minus 1-star is due to the very frequent changes to the property manager. It may be unreasonable to fault Ray White for this, but being transitioned from property manager to property manager has made it difficult to rely on one person to call and build a working relationship with, and that's the reality I've had to deal with.
