Ray White Cranbourne and especially my property Manager, Emmah, have provided excellent support every time along the way. Always available to assist and find a solution to any problem. Highly recommended for all your property needs.

I've had a pretty good experience with Ray White as our property manager. They have conducted inspections on time, let me know of any issues, and dealt with the tenants in a reasonable manner. The minus 1-star is due to the very frequent changes to the property manager. It may be unreasonable to fault Ray White for this, but being transitioned from property manager to property manager has made it difficult to rely on one person to call and build a working relationship with, and that's the reality I've had to deal with.

Ray White did a great job in preparing my property portfolio. Without wasting a day after the construction was over, it was occupied by a Tenant. The online paperwork was very well managed and I feel good that the property is in the safe hands.

The whole process has been very smooth and very easy to deal with. From the first contact with Patricia, I knew I wanted to go with Ray White as my property agent. This is my first time as a landlord and the whole experience has been great thanks to the people at Ray White.

My experience with the agents has been a very encouraging one. Each agent I have encountered during my moving experience has reached out personally to me with investment in helping me through it all. I am grateful to them for their help and couldn't ask for much better. They got me into a new property swiftly and efficiently.
