Every person I've dealt with whether it be answering phones, running the inspections or managing the property has been lovely. They have kept me informed, been timely, helpful and most importantly followed through with everything they have said. This is a marked difference and improvement on some of the other real estate agencies in the area. I have been very happy with the customer service and would seek to rent, buy or sell with them in the future. Can recommend!

My partner, myself and our two children moved from regional VIC to Metro Melbourne during the Covid lock downs meaning we were not able to come and view the property before hand. Problem 1. The property has an extremely steep drive way that we were not told about nor was it put on the listing and our normal non lowered Holden cannot get up it with out damaging the front of our car. This means our car has to be parked on the road, susceptible to damage and theft instead of locked in the garage. Problem 2. When I came to pick up the keys I was told by the property manger that she would get some one to do the lawns as they were extremely overgrown. This was on the 13th Nov, it is now 2nd Dec and we have had no contact regarding this, from the property manger or a gardener, despite me emailing and texting to chase. Problem 3. Upon moving in we found the ensuite shower leaked from the shower head and the drain was blocked whilst the main shower leaked from the door. The shower head has since been sorted but we had to unblock the drain ourselves and are still waiting to hear about the leaking door. We also found a broken, unusable blind in the main lounge window, lights not working and the extractor fan light is broken. None of these issues were communicated to us. Considering the property was vacant for 2 weeks before we moved in you would think they had time to sort these issues. Since moving in we have had poor communication, every email or text we send is either not replied to or replied to days later and calls just go unanswered. No acknowledgement for the way this whole thing has been handled let alone an apology. What should have been an exciting time in our life has now tarnished by a lot of unnecessary stress.

I have been searching for a house for the past couple of months. Due to covid it was so hard and most of the agents made it so difficult to deal with them. There is an agency around the wantirna area who hasnt replied to our phone calls and voicemails for the past two months! But Brianna from Raywhite was extremely different. Totally different. Our experience with her was so smooth and easy. She first of all listened to us when we phoned through and wasnt in a hurry to hang up on us (which was quite surprising as real estate agents these days always keep aloof and just want to hang up abruptly). She always spoke to us in a pleasant and friendly tone, and wasnt legalistic but still followed all the protocols of the agency and treated us with respect and care. Due to work reasons we had to move pretty quick and the inspection was organised in a convenient time and the approval and paper work was handled very professionally. Glad we chose Raywhite and got to deal with Bree!! We definetly would recommend Raywhite Cranbourne to all of our friends because of Brianna. Thankyou very much Raywhite!!
