This is honestly the best agency we have ever gone through. We applied for many homes and didn't even get a reply from other agency's. Within 28 hours after applying we got a house. Great communication at the start until my property was officially on the market. Missed out on a really good tenant going in due to the information not being passed onto us. Had to ask for the prospective tenants applications to be forwarded onto us. Cleaning that needed to be done was only relayed to us 48hrs prior to tenants moving in. Toilets being used and not flushed during an open house. Property agent should check all this prior to locking the house back up. In my eyes, not good enough. Rant over.
