I have contacted for rental to secure from UK and the agent Ildiko was so responsive and keeps on emailing me back for any little queries I have as the application is too tedious and longer than here. Then we had a hiccup with my rental agency providing something they (AU) need to move forward with our application. Went back and forth from my UK agent and Ildiko and I sent the next best thing (as current still won’t give the form) to Ildiko and she was happy with it and proceeded with our application. She tried her best to hold the property for us as she knew we loved it. And now we finally have peace of mind weeks prior to our relocation. We have a rental home all thanks to Ildiko. And she has also been sending me properties that may be of interest that is filtered to our preferences (when we haven’t secured the rental yet). All hats to everyone in Ray White for an excellent job, professionalism and fast reponse time (almost like a chat as they are really fast in responding) and extensive help especially for us coming from overseas.
