She was remarkably prompt in her responses, even replying to our message at around 20:00 when it was quite late, which we greatly appreciated. Ildiko quickly understood our needs, particularly addressing the issues we had concerning the car park space. She ensured that we were kept updated on all progress throughout the process, making us feel well-informed and supported. I also want to give a special shoutout to Tarryn Fadljevic, who has been equally prompt and diligent in updating us on the initial payment process.
