Excellent experience with the team at Ray White Cranbourne thus far.
I chose Ray White Cranbourne to find a tenant and help manage one of my investment properties. I was under a LOT of stress at the time and every team member I dealt with was very friendly, competent and accommodating. I think it is great that you deal with different people depending on which stage you're in with them. Initially I dealt with Mia for all of the on-boarding, initial paperwork and rapport building. She is super friendly and was there to answer all of my questions and provided help whenever I needed it. I then moved onto Sophie when it was time to advertise my property and start letting people through for open inspections. Sophie has great industry experience, promptly did all background checks and also looked after me very well. Both ladies are competent and always returned my text messages and calls promptly if they couldn't answer on the first call. Now that they have successfully found a suitable tenant (and swiftly might I add) I am now moving onto my actual property manager, Amy. I have yet to deal with Amy so understandably I cannot provide feedback as yet for her but I am confident she will be fantastic as it seems that Ray White Cranbourne maintains the same level of work ethics amongst their team members.

Best rental agent!
Quick Results. That’s how I would sum up my experience with Sophie of Ray White Cranbourne in securing a rental place for my family. She understood the urgency of our situation and wasted no time to help us find a place to rent. We applied on Sunday, got approved Monday and signed the contract Tuesday. Thank you Sophie! Jayden was very professional yet warm in his demeanor - He was always courteous to our enquiries.
Jayden was helpful in our application process every step of the way - He was very responsive and kept us updated. After we were successful, the paperwork was seamless - and was provided in real time. The Tenant portal is extremely useful. In what seemed like a daunting process was made easy.
