Great experience
Great communication. We recently had a tenant leave and needed to market for a new tenant. Were able to secure a new one pretty quickly. And property management is great. Cassandra Reid is our property manager and she's always very prompt with communication and replying back. I can trust her and there are no dramas.

Amazing services provided. Easy to register for inspections. Lots of opportunities and constant reminders and updates. Jayden was amazing! He helped us find a wonderful home just what we were looking for, in a short amount of time. He even put up with me annoying him lol. Thank you so much :)

Selling and/or finding Tenant.
I have been unable to sell my property and have incured a lot of costs and left me out of pocket. Found new tenant after I had to spend a lot of time on the phone and to try to find a tenant myslef. The fees were excessive. I am seriously thinking about going to another agent where service is better and fees are less. Both experiences were unpleasant.
