I had a number of agents attend my house when making the decision to sell it and Kate stood well above the pack. Kate's friendly nature and knowledge of the area was easy to feel. She gave a realistic indication of the possible selling price of the property and explained how it would be achieved. The entire selling process was explained with the expected costs associated with it. The minute she left I decided she would be the agent I wanted to sell my home. When she returned after I called telling her this and I signed with her I found everything starting happening, there was no mucking around which I really liked. Photo's done, and open house ready to go! Not even a week later an offer was in, signed and the house under contract :) Everything was explained to me and process was made easy. I couldn't recommend Kate, her team of Monique and Robert or Ray White in Cranbourne any higher after my experience with them.
