Kate Rushton was fantastic to deal with and made selling our home super easy. Kate took the time to explain how things work with the entire selling process so we knew exactly how everything would work and no question seemed to silly to her, she was very patient with our questions and i would be more than happy to recommend her as an agent to anyone

It was our very first property, so we were not at all experienced in the market. But Ray White has given us great help, communications were awesome and the whole process from inspection till getting the keys of property was so easy going. Thankyou guys. Especially Isabella , as she was the main person who dealt with us.

I called a few agents through to start my selection process, my thoughts were who ever is more knowledgeable and informative on property sales in the area and a great communicator will be my agent. I found Kate Rushton to be one of the most informative agents and our repour with her was great. She was very accessible with questions I had and was never too busy to reply to me whatever the day or time. I highly recommend her and will be using her again in the future.

Chaminda did a great job selling our property. He was truthful with us with every aspect. If we had any concerns he welcomed us to discuss these with him and we all worked together as a team. He worked tirelessly to help us to achieve our sale. His Assistant Paris was also a great help to us. Well done to Chaminda and his team.

He was very patient, and always returns your call, very transparent and honest. Not too many like Paul around unfortunately. Realy enjoyed dealing with Paul. Until next time.

Yes, Chaminda is a great Agent:he is courteous, conscientious, trustworthy and respectful at all times. I had interviewed 3 agents before Chaminda. Each of the three told me that they would look after everything and that I would not have to concern myself about anything and then each of them went on to talk about football. I was impressed by Chaminda because from the outset he said that he prefers to have a working relationship with the Vendor & keep them involved at all times. He explained that more is achieved if we work as a team and I really appreciated this approach. Chaminda was respectful of our property at all times. He had regular contacts with us in order to keep us updated. We were regularly emailed beautifully presented, detailed advice showing the progress of the marketing of our property. The sale of a property is a stressful event at the best of times and in our case it was the result of a deceased estate, the sale of our parents home, which meant the added stress of grief and it is for this reason I was relieved to have some one like Chaminda to help us because he was mindful of the challenges with which I was dealing. I am a very satisfied customer and I would have no hesitation in recommending Chaminda. Thank you Chaminda.
