Chaminda has been an acceptional agent offering a fresh and honest approach to his work. His approach has been to work as a close knit team “together” to find the best outcome for all involved. I found his approach very refreshing and honest, setting him miles apart from his competitors. Chaminda truly has the ability to set expectations that are achieveable and educated us on the market and came up with various plans to take forward. Yes there are great agents out there but Chaminda has integrity and passion without all the sales talk, approachable, considerate and importantly amazing communication and negotiation skills.
