We are residents of NSW, and were selling our Melbourne investment property. Mark's service was exemplary. Everything was communicated promptly and clearly; he had excellent, keenly priced contacts in conveyancing, property photography, utilities, gardening and styling who also offered first class service. He was upbeat, ran multiple open houses, kept us in the loop with full reports of each one, and provided regular reports of website page views. The house sold in a sensible timespan for a pleasing price, and we can't imagine how Mark could have do more, short of buying the house himself!!

We purchased the property through Paul and moved in in 2006. When we decided it was time to sell, it was only fitting to choose Paul for the sale in 2018. Paul was always available on the phone or via an appointment to meet in person with. He worked hard and his communication after opens and feedback with possible buyers to us was great. When we finally had a buyer he worked with them and us to come to an agreement on price and always gave us his opinion as an agent and as if he was in our shoes selling his own home.
