We dealt mainly with Isabella who has been absolutely wonderful. She’s genuine and very efficient. We really appreciate everything she did for us. We didnt have much to do with Kate but everything went smoothly with her and we are greatful for her help as well especially with her advice on the deposit bond process. The only critisism we have and this is no reflection on Isabella or Kate but of the buying process with Ray white in general. We didn’t not feel much support for the buyer. The process of buying was very drawn out, complexed required a lot of extra time, money and presence when we both have very busy work schedules. We didn’t understand why we should have to wait for our offer to be presented in person when it could have taken a phone call. While that is a great service for the vendor, it’s a very time consuming process to achieve the same outcome. It would have been nice to be able to put the sold sticker on the board ourselves too. I’m not sure if that is an option?
