Kate and her team were very professional and prompt in their service as well as having a good knowledge of the local market. I am happy with the fact that they sold the property quickly with a short settlement.

We have had such a great experience with Kate from the very first second we met right through to the quick & successful sale of our home. Kate was on time for every single appointment & was very flexible with the times she came to see us. From the first meeting she had me feeling at ease & I knew befor she left she would be our agent of choice. Kate has a wonderful understanding of the property in our area & she was confident that she could achieve a price that was considerably higher than what other agents had appraised our property at. (And she delivered!) Kate is very confident in her abilities & this shines through in professional behaviour. She clearly explained the process from start to finish so we knew what to expect each step of the way. Kate’s assistants Isabella & Luke were also a pleasure to deal with. Together they kept us informed throughout the entire process & got back to us very quickly whenever we had any questions. Together they achieve a sale within weeks of our home hitting the market & Kate achieved a price that we are so very happy with! I would not hesitate to recommend Kate to anyone wanting to sell in this area (so much so my parents have recently engaged her services on our recommendation). We can’t thank you enough Kate for what you have done for us.

I was very pleased with both Paul Ringeri and Dwayne Rajaratnam in their efficiency, professionalism and wonderful teamwork throughout my purchase. We were thoroughly impressed with the level of professional knowledge and skill displayed by Chaminda Gunasekara. He was very courteous in his dealings with us, and always endeavoured to keep us, as the vendors, in the loop about any developments in the sale process. Chaminda was very open and clear in his communication, and took every opportunity to make us feel comfortable about the direction the sale process was taking. We have no hesitation in recommending Chaminda.

Looking at the best sales results in the area I reached out to Kate and another agent at a rival company. Kate replied almost instantly and the other agent never even acknowledged the email (O’Brien *cough*) On arrival Kate had an air of confidence and acted as such, but not in an arrogant way. She instilled us with confidence of her knowledge and her ability to achieve a top price. Kate was always flexible around us for meetings and communication and the overall process was seamless. The process, thanks to Kate was so much easier than we had imagined being our first home sale. There was no messing around, just get it done and we are extremely happy with the result selling within 2 weeks and achieving a great price at the top of our range. I would highly recommend Kate over any other agent and would not hesitate to use her again even if it is in a different suburb. Thanks Kate! Jacinta and Shane

I understand that buying and selling a property is a massive decision for anyone to make, and people are looking for someone to trust and help them navigate this significant step, and Peter Khamis is definitely the right choice . He is a highly motivated senior sales consultant and always enthusiastically utilises his strong negotiation skills to achieve brilliant results.I highly recommend Peter.

Chaminda brings with him the full market knowledge and experience in real estate, and just by talking to him its easy to realize his expertise in the field! Still he has his feet firmly on the ground and is very approachable and we felt we had the freedom to discuss anything with him. Being first home buyers, we were nervous and apprehensive about our purchase, but Chaminda had the answers, and made the process very smooth. We would recommend his services anyone without a moments hesitation!
