From the minute I met Kate, I knew she was the one for us. I never once felt like she was using a "sales pitch" on us. She worked with us through deciding what to fix and change on the house to get the best price, right through to the purchase of our new home through another company. She is extremely hard working, genuine, honest and always had our best interests in mind. Kate went above and beyond anything that was expected of her and actually saved our butts when we nearly made a mistake with the new purchase. I cannot sing her praises enough. As a first time Vendor I was a little apprehensive of how the sale would turn out, but luckily I was able to strike gold with Kate and her team, getting an offer in a matter of days. I felt I received an outstanding level of communication by Kate and her two Assistants Monique and Isabella, always keeping me updated on how the sale campaign was progressing and when each home open was booked. I spoke to a number of Agents in the Cranbourne area , but chose Kate due to the ease in which I was able to speak to her and not feel like I was receiving a sales pitch.
