Peter was able to sell our house with in 3 weeks getting above the price we were after. He kept us informed during open inspections and gave us comprehensive run down upon completion of each inspection. I initially selected 3 agents from different agencies and had separate interviews with all of them. This involved I asking them a set of questions based on different aspect of real-estate agents including their area knowledge, immediate past sales in the area, number of team members in the sales team, fees etc. Based on the answers, I selected Chaminda as my sales agent and I think I did make a wise decision. He was not the cheapest among the three, but the service I received from him soon justified the fee. If I sell again, I'll definitely contact him again.
