My wife and I had met and talked to several different real estate companies in the area about selling our home. Once we met Kate it was clear that she had more knowledge, market experience and a more professional attitude with a high drive to succeed in selling our home then any other of the local real estate agents. We had expectations of what we wanted to achieve and Kate honestly said what she thought and what she could achieve and that's exactly what Kate delivered. I would highly recommend her to sell my home again.

Thanks Paul we have worked with to establish our investment portfolio and over the past 3 years purchased 2 investment properties. We have enjoyed working with you as you have gone out of your way to understand what we are trying to achieve and never been pushy in any way. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to a prospective buyer be that as an investment or a home.

Hi Paul, we would love to thank you again for a wonderful job of selling our home, even though we had difficulties with the first buyer and unfortunately it fell through, you did an outstanding job and sold it for the 2nd time in just 3DAYS!!! You were always positive, patient (even though we were constantly bothering you), and your team were fantastic to deal with! You are very easy to trust and you completely transformed the way we saw real estate agents, and we are over the moon that we choose you! We would recommend you to everyone and wish you all the best in future.
