Easy to do business with and friendly staff. Leasing a property was simple and straight forward. The process from inspection to signing a new lease was effortless and a breeze. New style of information and computer help made the whole process run easy and informative. Thanks Ross D.

Since signing a lease with Ray White Cranbourne we have been blown away by the professionalism and attention to detail by our property manager Jess. She has been on the ball with many things that need extra detail and continues to keep in contact to check how things are going. Definitely an asset to the company and makes our experience that much better.

I have given my rental property to ray White Cranbourne to manage and they have done an excellent job. The communication is clear, they keep me up to date with the ongoings and invited us for house inspections. Their online portal is great as it has all the information required including past information in one location. Much easier when you not based locally .

I have been dealing with Raywhite Cranbourne for the past few years already. They support both the landlord and tenant in a very diplomatic fashion. Ashley Mayor who has been the supporting person for managing this property and I would give a 5 star for the quick response and communication. Also, getting the job done. Chloe Cook was the agent good the property into the market quick with the correct market value so we can get proper tenants in time. I thank the team for their support.

The two agents who handled us, Jordan Parker and Ashley Mayor were absolutely wonderful. Very kind and helpful and truly displayed amazing client service which Ray White is known for. Not so much the Receptionist/Director of First Impressions, Abbey Cornthwaite who was very ebrupt, rude and not pleasant at all to myself and my wife whilst we came in to pay the rent and bond on seperate days. Our previous rental agent too mentioned that she was rude upon returning a reference call where Abbey had responded in an irritated manner. Definitely recommend wonderful agents like Jordan and Ashley but its a pity that the Cranbourne office's first impression is quite an unplesant experience at reception.

We found the staff at Ray White to be professional and very accomodating. They were always willing to assist with any questions we had, and accurately provided the necessary paperwork in a quick and efficient time frame to make securing the property a smooth transition. This far, we are happy with their service.
