Sale in less than 2 weeks!
We had the pleasure of dealing with Matt Ringeri. We were always well informed throughout the sales process. We sold our house within 2 weeks and were happy with the price achieved. We would highly recommend Matt to our family and friends.

A true Professional giving Ray White a fantastic image
Very impressed with Kate's Market knowledge and communication skills. When dealing with Kate we felt she was doing everything possible to ensure we got the price that we wanted. Also After the Sale she still kept in touch which is very rare these days. Would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone. And in the future when I sell another home she will be the first to call.

Fast and Friendly
Following my initial contact with Matt which involved him going to my rental property to give me an appraisal. He was able to give me some great advice on preparing my property for sale. He was never pushy in asking when my tenants were vacating and worked at my pace. Once the property was ready for sale we proceeded with our advertising campaign and got a sale from the first open for inspection. I was very happy with Matt and Ray White Cranbourne's work to sell my property.

Straight down to business
Matthew was definitely the agent for us, we didn't enjoy the back & forth we had with other agents. We felt we were being played against other potential buyers. Matthew told us straight out what he knew and asked what we wanted he perfectly met both ours and the sellers needs professionally and quickly.

Always there to help!
Matt was always happy and helpful. I call/text him at all times of the day and he always got back to my within 30 minutes. He was very helpful and calming when we went through some settlement issue. Informed us of all the thibgs we needed to know being first home buyers He genuinely was happy for us buying our first home and I would with out a doubt use him again.
