To whom it may concern, I would highly recommend Kate Rushton of Ray White Cranbourne if you are thinking of selling your home. Kate is a very professional and friendly young lady. I was impressed with her knowledge of the local area, she answered all our queries and made us feel at ease through the process of selling our home .Kate was always in constant contact with us. Kate and her colleague Dwayne had several prospective buyers ready to view our home as soon as it was advertised. We could not believe that our property sold within 1 week. Thanks so much to Kate, Dwayne and the Ray White Cranbourne team for a fantastic result. Regards Chris & Glen 34 Quarters Boulevard Cranbourne West

The whole process of selling my property has been a pleasure. Paul has now sold 3 properties for me. Each time achieving a fast sale and getting me what I was asking for. This last property was sold in 4 days at $15000 over my asking price. I would highly recommend Paul and his team to anyone looking to sell their biggest asset.

Paul did alright, however, when it came to price negotiation with the buyer, Paul gave in very easily in persuading me (the seller) to sell it even though we already discussed the selling price. Paul tried his best to talk me into selling it at a lower price. This gave me the perception that Paul preferred to have a quick sale rather than striving hard to achieve a high selling price for me. I have sold a property before and my agent never negotiated a lower selling price. Instead my agent would sell my property with the higher price than expected.
