Desperately surfing the web to find a "home", we found this beautiful cottage at 4 Dylan Court, Berwick North. The actual presentation of this cottage immediately captured our attention. We rang the agents at Ray White and spoke to Dwayne Rajaratnam and we agreed to meet at 4 Dylan Court in the afternoon for an inspection. We were warmly welcomed by this courteous young man and he very professionally walked us through the property. We were already intent on buying this cottage and Dwayne's selling skills convinced us even more. We then met Paul Ringeri who clearly explained the whole procedure to us and the deal was concluded in a very friendly and professional atmosphere. Rachel was also wonderful and is a very efficient and helpful young lady. We were really impressed by Paul's expertise and his team at Ray White, Cranbourne and would like to express our heartfelt thanks to them. So after heaps of looking online at listings, and going to numerous inspections and open houses, we found "The One".
