Ildiko Orsos at Ray White Cranbourne did an excellent and thorough job of leasing out my property despite my strict requests and challenging circumstances around property maintenance between tenants. Thank you Ildi for your kindness, thorough work, dedication, professionalism and expertise in leasing out my property in good time! The communication was wonderful and it was a seamless transition. Ildi came highly recommended by my regular leasing agent Sophie Bridges (away this time around) who I trust completely, having done an excellent job in finding my previous tenant - the first one that I have had absolutely no issues with whatsoever. I highly recommend both Ildiko Orsos and Sophie Bridges of Ray White Cranbourne as leasing agents. They truly care and are very efficient, thorough and professional in their work. I also extend my gratitude to my property manager Tiana Hynes for her dedication and great work. She came by during an important inspection organised by the OC to grant access as I did not have the keys between tenants and ended up staying there with me for half the day.
