Sophie was professional, knowledgeable of the property and timely from her very first phone call. Securing and moving into a new property is stressful , Sophie took the stress out of that process by explaining every step and getting contracts signed quickly. Our transition between properties was seamless. Sophie was friendly and let me know that if anything in the property needed maintenance or attention, all I needed to do was shoot through an email and she’d get it done. After a very bad experience with our previous real-estate, Sophie and Ray White were a breath of fresh air and didn’t make us feel second rate like we had previously experienced.
