Auction's and house-buying can be a stress-full experience - James obviously understands this and goes out of his way to treat everyone with honesty and positive communication. We didn't get the house on this occasion but I still came away hoping we get to deal with James again when we find our house!

We used James and the team at Hudson McHugh to sell our Elswick Street property in September 2015. We made the decision to sell in June and spoke to several agents about the sale. It was an investment property, and as we lived in Melbourne and had been watching the market, we weren't entirely sure who to go with (had earlier thought we would go with McGrath). However, after James took the initiative to visit my husband and I, and after we met with him, we felt confident it was worthwhile going with them. At that point we had tenants in the property, however James worked tirelessly to find them an alternative rental in order to allow us to market the house vacant. He was a pleasure to work with through that process. Subsequently we found him to be very responsive and an excellent communicator through the sales process. Most importantly, at the time of sale, we found him to be extremely capable and were very happy with the result, particularly given the market movements, and would have no hesitation in recommending him. Overall, a great guy and really worked hard to achieve the settlement we wanted.

David was a very professional and engaging estate agent. He had a great knowledge of the market, he had a great team of people to help support us in getting ready for the sale of our home. He was very clear and regular with communication on what was happening and on what to expect. We selected David for these reasons, and also because he had a strategy which was to go to Auction. He stuck to that strategy, and all his actions where clearly aligned to the strategy. I liked this. I would happily recommend David if he suits your strategy, he will get you the best chance to get the best result
