From our first meeting with James he was every sense of the word a true professional. He always fitted in with our schedules, his realistic approached was valued, communication was outstanding and always had a personal care and interest for our needs. The marketing campaign was tailored at our request with no pressures of a 'up sale' but educated us of the pro's and con's and benefits of the different marketing approaches, After each open home inspection James gave us a vendor report with feedback on all who came through the door and a log book of who he followed up with calls, emails and the like. Come sale time I was overseas and I never once felt out of the loop, he did everything to keep me informed and apart of the sale process.
