James did a great job on the sale of our property. Being a Leichhardt specialist his knowledge of the market and access to buyers meant we had a lot of interest from the start. I felt the momentum during the process was kept at a high level and he did a good job at the auction. Communication throughout the process was excellent, including immediate feedback after open homes and detailed weekly reports. Whilst we chose not to sell on market initially, James kept in regular contact after the campaign and was able to facilitate an off market transaction six months later at a price we were happy with.

James, David and team expressed high knowledge of the Leicchardt market and guided as to the sales best process to undertake to sell our property. We went through a 4 week campaign which unfortunately did not end with a sale. 6 months later after keeping the lines of communication open we just sold. The sale of our property was completed, to our complete satisfaction, extremely quickly, therefore we could not be anything other than extremely satisfied with the performance of David and his associates, We selected David as our agent after one meeting, based on the professionalism of his presentation, and his knowledge of the local market in our area. We had specific views on certain elements of the marketing of the property, and David was quite prepared to work within any constraints that our preferences may have imposed. The two Open House sessions that were conducted were well organised, and well conducted. A particularly large number were attracted to the first Open House on the Saturday, and David must be given the credit for this success.
