He showed me compassion in a personally difficult process and displayed exceptional knowledge when getting the house ready for the market. He recommended and organised cleaners, rubbish removers, gardeners and stylists to have the house in its best shape to sell and alleviated the burden that these tasks can present. He offered a realistic time frame but got things moving efficiently. This is our second purchase where David has been the selling agent and on both occasions we have been completely satisfied and impressed by his professionalism and communication. In the countless inspections over the years in Sydney's inner east and Inner West, we've never felt comfortable with other agents and sometimes for obvious reasons.
