This to me is rare in an agent and demonstrated their professionalism and care for us buyers as much as it did their seller. We knew James Price and the Hudson McHugh Team were the #1 selling agents in Leichhardt, and after meeting a few agents, it was an easy decision to go with James. Throughout the lead-up to our campaign, James gave us the time and space to list our home - and deal with the uncertainty of covid lockdowns in Sydney. We felt no pressure at all to make a decision, however James would still provide us with sound guidance and advice - and ultimately allow us to make the decision. James convinced us, without pressuring us, to: list during lockdown, have a reduced campaign window of 3 weeks, and set a reserve that ultimately helped us exceed our expectations. We're delighted with the result, and can't recommend James strongly enough for anyone looking to sell in Leichhardt and surrounds. Tried to sell our house a few times. Had to spend way to much in marketing considering. We also had our house rented through Hudson which I definitely don't recommend. He did what he had to to and got it sold but for something that should be exciting and a bit of a major moment it wasn't. Once it was done we barely heard from him again. Nearly 30k in commissions and not even a thankyou card.
