Having met with other estate agencies prior, they had planted doubt within our mind that they could do more than James and the Team from Hudson McHugh. Everyone else tried to overload us with fluffy information and saying that "we can bring in buyers from other markets who have more money to spend" but James can just as easily access these buyers. James's results dont lie - the man gets results, and he does it in an open, down-to-earth manner that breaks the mould of the "stereotypical Real Estate Agent". The process of working with James was stress-free from day one. Selling a property can be such an overwhelming process and James removed all of our stress and concerns. From day one, the process was simple and professional. After having met with James and awarding him the sales agreement to sell our property, James and the team kicked into high-gear immediately. Communication was constant with James and his team with emails, phone calls, text messages and weekly reports and statistics - we always knew what was happening throughout the process. For example, within minutes of an open house being completed he would text and tell us how many people inspected, how many contracts were requested and how he personally felt about the progress. The communication removed any ambiguity or doubt about what was happening. We sold our property prior to auction for a price that exceeded our expectations, but never did we feel forced by James.
