We were delighted with the process of selling our house with David. He was honest and upfront and guided us throughout the whole process from start to finish. His professionalism, knowledge, and expertise were evident in the final sale price, and we highly recommend him to others wishing to sell.

From the start David was engaged and excited about the opportunity to sell our investment property which gave us confidence and made the process enjoyable. David and his team made the whole process stress free with regular updates about inspections and opens, offers and feedback from inspections. We sold the property through the middle of COVID whilst having a tenant in the property. Obviously COVID can be testing at times for different reasons, however David remained committed to the sale and did everything he could to get us the best result in the shortest timeframe. He is approachable, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We are very happy with the end result and will be using David in the future for any sales and purchases. Great guy and an even better agent!

David & his team completed the sale of our house in Lilyfield recently and did a very professional job from arranging the styling prior to sale, managing the opens, communicating the feedback and applying just the right amount of pressure without pushing too hard which can be a common problem with some agencies. The end result was great, house sold and job done! Would definitely use the Hudson McHugh team again.

David was a pleasure to work with. He was available around the clock to answers questions about the property and went above and beyond to organise private viewings for my clients. They have 3 children under the age of 3 so Saturdays where a real challenge Working with an agent who could communicate openly meant obstacles where overcome and challenges where discussed sensibly and problem solved quickly It is always a pleasure working with David and his team

My headline says it all. Peter has extensive knowledge of the Summer Hill market and at the pointy end of sales process, Peter was able to successfully navigate and negotiate the sale process without creating angst and with minimal stress in what is a stressful process. I'd be more than happy to engage Peter Vassilis and Hudson McHugh again, should I find myself needing to sell another property.

Peter was very helpful with my recent property purchase and kept me up to date with the changing circumstances due to lock down measures in NSW.

Peter Vasili was recommended to me by others that had sold properties. Peter from day one was an honest, down to earth and trustworthy real estate agent. His professionalism was outstanding. His knowledge about the real estate market was spot on. Peter kept us informed every step of the way and always allowing us to make our own decisions. Never did we feel pressured in any circumstances. He worked for us and was at our service the entire time. Even meeting us at our property for sale on a Sunday! I have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending Peter and his team to other prospective sellers and/or buyers! Thank you for all your dedication and the great campaign. It was a stress free experience even though the auction changed to online during the COVID lockdown period!!
