When we purchased our property, we were impressed at how professional and responsive David and his team were. As first time home buyers, the process was all new to us. They make things simple and explained how it all worked. When it came to the offer we put in, David was transparent about how many other buyers were at the table and it all seemed very fair.

Thinking of selling then think no further than Hudson McHugh. David’s professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge, and negotiation skills all combine to make him and his company the inner west’s foremost vendors agent. During my sale David negotiated $300k more than I would of accepted his determination to achieve the best result for me never wavered. I have been involved in property for over 40 years David reminds me of a young John McGrath only better.

David was so organised and professional from the beginning to the end and made the experience far less stressful than it could have been. I was guided each step of the way and had full confidence in David receiving my instructions and responding accordingly. A great result by a great team for a great property! Thanks David !

We had an excellent experience selling our property with David. As we are not based in Sydney, he was extremely helpful organising contractors (painter/ cleaner) prior to putting the property on the market. He provided regular updates throughout the process and we were thrilled with the outcome. Highly recommend David and his team at his Hudson McHugh.

We sold our investment property with David and his team. We ended up getting a great offer prior to even putting it on the market from a buyer David showed the property to and accepted it. We didn't have to do much in the entire process so it was very pain free.

I felt battered & bruised after many weeks of home hunting, so being treated with respect, kindness & professionalism by Joseph has been delightful. Not all agents offer a caring attitude but Joseph does. He also made the fraught process of negotiations as smooth as possible. I’m a relieved and happy customer moving into my new home soon. Thanks Joseph 🙌
