Callum was such a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and a fantastic communicator. He kept me in the loop the entire sale of my home, always ensuring that I was the first to know what was happening. I am so beyond grateful for him and his team for making this whole experience such a breeze!

We've sold three properties with Ron and would happily do so again. His communication to keep us updated was first class and his knowledge of the local market is amazing.

I’ve known Gavin for 13 yrs he sold my house at cockatoo and then sold the house in Pakenham I have just sold this property. Gavin was my first choice of real estate’s his was very honest and personable, always returned calls and went out of his way in making the sale happen and when we bought he there was there was no problems. Buying or selling property can be very stressful but made the task very stress free. If any was going to buy or sell I would highly recommended Gavin.

Gavin and his team were great to deal with. They were very professional from day one. They presented the best case scenario, they used their extensive local knowledge to create a great Price Range. They presented a great marketing and advertising plan which achieved a very quick sale.

Charlie is a true professional who prioritizes results over talk. His communication is excellent—short, sharp, and effective—but most importantly, he does the work. He went beyond limits to coordinate the entire sale of my investment property, taking everything off my plate so I didn't have to worry. He delivered a great market price with zero fuss. If you want an agent who spends less time on the phone and more time getting the job done, Charlie is your man.

I am so glad my friend told me about Gavin when I mentioned we were looking to sell our property, he had a clear goal for our property from the first meeting and he smashed it out of the park. He was always available when we needed him and kept in consistent contact on how everything was tracking, if you’re looking for THE agent to sell with Gavin is it!

Gav, Aaron and the team at Ray White Officer/Pakenham were a dream to work with during the sale of my first home. They were both incredibly professional, attentive and supportive - ensuring I was kept in the loop at all different phases of the campaign. The team culture that Gavin and team have fostered at Ray White is next to none. Rather than having two agents selling my home, it was very clear I had a whole agency working together to achieve the best results. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Ron was a friendly and reassuring presence throughout our otherwise exhausting house hunting journey. From the start, his warmth, honesty and ability to build trust stood out. He took the time to understand our needs, patiently answered every question and guided us through each step of buying our first home with genuine care. His approachable, proactive nature and personal touch made the process feel far less overwhelming. We’re thrilled with our new home and incredibly grateful for his support!
