Callum was extremely professional and helpful every step of the way, as a buyer you understand that the agent works for the seller at the end of the day but it did not feel this way with Callum. He had all parties best interests at heart. He made the experience of buying our family home that much more enjoyable. Can not recommend Callum more.

When your buying a house you meet so many agents but you truly won’t find one who’s more down to earth, diligent, knowledgeable and approachable then Callum. Callum had our best interests at heart and was eager to help us secure the right property. His communication is impeccable and truly goes above and beyond for his clients.

Gavin was reliable, professional and genuinely great to work with throughout the whole sale. His knowledge of the local market was clear, and even when challenges popped up he stayed calm, focused and kept things on track. He negotiated strongly and got the property sold and settled before Christmas as planned. I truly appreciate his effort and highly recommend him to anyone selling.

We bought our home at 20 Accord Ave, Officer, through Gavin Staindl and Rachael Dalton, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Gavin was professional, prompt, and most importantly, honest. They both operated with so much integrity and always told us things as they were, no fluff, just real advice and support. He was very different from other agents we’d come across, reliable, straightforward, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. I even remember having a little sook to him about how hard it was to find a place, and he took the time to reassure us and make us feel at ease. Thanks to Gavin and Rachael (and the rest of the team), we found a home that we absolutely love. They made the whole process so much easier, and we’d 100% use their services again in the future. Highly recommend!
