Karyn was extremely helpful from the moment we walked into the open home. This was the first house we had visited where the photos on the website matched exactly how the house looked which was a great relief from all others we had visited from different agents. Karyn was very transparent in any issues the home had so we knew what would need to be fixed if we bought the house and wouldn't receive any unexpected surprises. This was our first home purchase and she has made our experience a breeze, there was constant communication so that we were never left in the dark which was great as we were unsure of the whole process. Couldn't recommend Karyn more and we will definitely be using her when we eventually sell our home!
