Kahlee and her team certainly have the right formula for both seller and buyer. We searched for over 3 years in the Bonogin and Mudgeeraba areas for an investment property. During this time we looked at many houses with a handful of local agents. One thing that stood out was how on point Kahlee was with price. We noticed trends with other agents that set the estimated selling price way too high. This had a negative effect on us even thinking about a given property, stopping us going any further.
