Dylan was such a great agent, we previously listed our property with another agent who had it on the market for 5 months and not one offer, then Dylan listed it, and we received four offers on the property after being on the market for just a few days, and he managed to sell it for a complex record! we would highly recommend Dylan to everyone!

We purchased a property while we were away on holiday in Bali, we initially saw this property online while we were there, so considering the circumstances, it was highly unlikely we were going to purchase the property. However, Dylan made it so easy for us by communicating extensively and gave us all the information we needed in order to make an offer on the property. Thanks again Dylan!

Having bought and sold over 10 properties on The Gold Coast in the past, and I have no hesitation in recommending Kahlee Townsend and Kirra-Lee not only for their knowledge of the area I was looking to purchase, but also the professionalism and communication extended to me in the purchase of my new home in Bonogin. With that in mind I have asked Kahlee to assist me in the sale of my current dwelling in Tallai, with the knowledge that the sale will be carried out with total professionalism.

We would like to express our gratitude for the manner in which Orren handled and secured the sale of our property. We had to initiate an urgent sale with a quick turn around and this was achieved with a minimum of fuss. Orren was very obliging when we purchased this property, so we had no difficulty at all deciding who would be our agent for this sale. We consider Orren to be the most genuine agent of our five previous real estate campaigns and have no hesitation recommending your courteous, professional services to everyone.

Karyn is friendly and professional. Her team were interested in helping my sale move through smoothly and efficiently; Karyn knows the Robina area well and this can be useful when finding the right client for a home. I was impressed with the way Karyn spoke to management about supporting my queries and concerns re the pre sale. All round, a professional team of people.

Thank you Orren for the successful Sale of our Townhouse. Orren was extremely professional and dedicated to a successful marketing campaign and popular house opens which lead to our sale within 8 days of being on the market. He is a great communicator and is both genuine and reliable. We would not hesitate in using Orren again or recommending his services to anyone in the Robina area.

Choosing Kahlee to market our property was based on her understanding of current market trends and advice on how to best present our mother’s home for sale. In addition, we were impressed with Kahlee’s professionalism and her enthusiasm for her local area, putting us at ease with engaging her services with the marketing and sale of our property. As we were interstate, Kahlee and her exceptional team managed a range of tradespersons to do a variety of updates to the property during the sales process. Nothing was too much trouble and knowing they were professionally dealing with our property made us very relaxed. Kahlee's provided exceptional advice throughout the sales process and we were very pleased with the end result. The entire experience with Kahlee and her team well exceeded our expectations.

We had the pleasure of working with Kahlee to assist with selling our house in Bonogin in March this year. It was a sensitive sell so the caring and thoughtfulness that Kahlee and her team especially Kirra-Lee showed were amazing to work with. The whole process was easy and seemless espeically when we have never sold or done this process before. They took any stress away where possilbe to make the sell as easy as posible. I would highly recommend Kahlee and her team and would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to sell my house rather quickly and from word of mouth and reputation I had no doubt I wanted Kahlee to manage the sale. I was not disappointed. From the first interaction I felt heard and understood. Kahlee understood the emotional pressure that I was under and did everything in her power to make the process as simple and easy for me. Her large network meant that she had established relationships that she could engage and was able to sell my property very quickly with minimal input from myself. Her team, with special mention to Kirra-Lee worked tirelessly and provided great communication throughout the process. I could not have asked for anything more. Kahlee and team were an absolute delight to work with.

After a difficult set of personal circumstances, I knew from the first meeting with Kahlee I could entrust her with helping me navigate the process of selling the family home. I needed an agent who was direct, knowledgeable and able to achieve a positive outcome. Kahlee was approachable and contactable and always kept me informed. I could not have asked for a more compassionate and professional team behind me.
