Surprisingly good.
As a buyer, our assumption that an agent is only helping the seller achieve their goals was turned on its head be Karyn and her team. Karyn showed genuine interest in our needs, even working on a Sunday to answer our questions! We were put at ease with Karyn’s knowledge and professional attitude and honest answers. Really made the daunting task of purchasing a property in this market a breeze. Well done Karyn and team, you’ll get an invite to our house warming for sure!

Karyn works hard for the seller and the buyer
Karyn was great to work with! She was incredibly responsive and down to earth. A lot of communication was needed between us and the sellers and yet she made it seem effortless. When needed, she provided options and ideas for our consideration and gave us some great referrals for tradespeople that we needed. We are really grateful for all the work she did to help us secure our new home.

Wonderful experience
From our first meeting we were confidant that Kahlee was the right choice to sell our home of 15 years. We were given expert advice on how to market and prepare our home. Once we went to market even in some of the worse rain we have experienced in years all our open houses were well attended. The feedback we got on very click phone call and inspection was exceptional. House sold in 2 weeks for a great price. Helpful and Professional
