We knew of Kahlee’s reputation as one of the top agents in the area from a good friend that sold with her just down the road and one of our neighbours sons sold through her as well. Signing with her was peace of mind on an agent with a great track record.

From our first meeting with Karyn she showed us respect and a caring attitude which is a beautiful attribute not always found in this day and age especially with some grab and go agents. I have no doubt in my mind this lovely lady will work her tail off to help you achieve either the sale or purchase you so richly deserve. She certainly did with us. Karyn will be in contact with you and help you through every process no matter how difficult you may find it. This is the professionalism we have found Karyn and her "Deals in Heels " team to have. A special shout out to Kieren. No question to small and always there regardless of day or time. It is with great pleasure I recommend Karyn O'Dea to you, your family and your friends.

They displayed a great deal of patience dealing with us. It was a big decision to finally bite the downsizing bullet. They delivered well considering the market circumstances. We contacted Jon simply because he had kept in touch sending us market updates since attending one of his open homes some years previously. We have no hesitation recommending Jon & his team.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jon Paul over the last 10 years or so. Having a rental property on the Gold Coast but living in Sydney I have relied on Jon to keep me up to date with the local market. He has always been easy to contact and very knowledgeable about the local area. When I did eventually want to put the property on the market Jon was there every step of the way guiding and supporting me. I was very happy with the outcome and can’t thank Jon enough for all his hard work and professionalism.

After 6 months of searching and attending open homes, Kahlee and Kirra-Lee were friendly & familiar faces most weekends. Kahlee was very knowledgeable of the area and of the market, and was always quick to respond and happy to assist. Her negotiations were efficient and fair. Kahlee was personable, professional, honest and supportive throughout the entire process. It is clear she is passionate about the area & about selling real estate! We are so happy to finally call Bonogin home and we couldn’t have done it without Kahlee, Kirra-Lee and the rest of the Kahlee Townsend team. Endlessly thankful! Highly recommend.

Kahlee was great, we had some challenges which caused us to request an extension on settlement which Kahlee was able to work with the sellers to facilitate the extension. Kahlee’s knowledge of the Bonogin area is second to none and Kahlee is very professional to deal with, I can recommend using Kahlee.
