My experience with Raywhite Rochedale by far has been great. I’ve been in my home less than a week, and have already felt welcomed with open arms. Kayla and Sarah have been wonderful to work with and I’m truly thankful Thank you ladies! Kind regards

Very Professional. Good Management. Very Practical

Linda Brown currently manages 6 of our properties in south Brisbane and has managed various properties for us for over 20 years. She goes over and above what is expected of a property manager. Linda gives a fair guide as to the price our properties should be rented for. Also what should be done to them to attract a good tenant. She takes the time to check tenants references carefully and find someone who will care for our properties and not cause us trouble during lease. I feel this is more important in the long run, than just the highest weekly rent. She is also fair to tenants, which we think has attributed to many long term tenants. I have and will continue to recommend her to others as a property manager for their rental properties. Steve Powell Safelec Springwood
