Ray White "Rock" - Hampton
Me and my partner have recently purchased a property in Rockhampton. We're both based in Victoria which meant finding the right property manager was even more important then normal. We screened a couple of companies in the area and Ray White came out on top. This was mainly due to Emily Horan who was highly diligent, provided us comfort of the services we would recieve and managed to do this all in a very small timeline. Since we've come on board we have managed to get a tenant in (took 2 days), recieved more rent then expected based on feedback from Christine Bell and couldnt be more happy. Looking forward to continueing our relationship moving forward. Highly recommed picking up the phone and calling this great group of people!!!

Fantastic proactive service with regular communication
Emily has been awesome in assisting with this investment property. Right from settlement she had a list of repairs and value-adding improvements for me to make on the property, and organised the relevant tradespeople to complete the work before I had even signed on with a formal agreement. Once Emily listed the property, she had inspections completed on the next business day and a tenancy agreement signed the following day, at the top end of her anticipated range. And all the while, keeping me up to date with regular emails and phone calls. Fantastic service - very impressed!

As titled, I never regret reaching out to Emily from Ray White Rockhampton for my property management.
