We recently bought an investment property and need a good agency to look after. My buyer's agent introduced us to Emily Horan at Ray White. Had a brilliant experience renting out my unit with the help of Emily (Ray White Rockhampton’s BDM). I put off renting my place out for so long from the assumption it would be a long and tiring process, but Ray White (and Emily in particular) made it an incredibly easy process. The knowledge and easy explanation of everything, not to mention the fact that they really take care of everything, makes the process an absolute breeze. Couldn’t recommend these guys more. You get what you pay for and it’s well worth the slim extra fees for the peace of mind. Sometimes ‘name brand’ is exactly that for a reason.
