I have had previous experiences with selling agents. So, the moment I talked with Ted, I kenw there is something with him that sets him apart from the others. But I was a bit skeptic, and wanted to wait till the very end before giving my verdict. And now, after completion of the whole process of selling of our house in Oxley, I can say without even a single spec of doubt that Ted is THE BEST agent out there, period. Why I am giving him such high praise? Let me count the reasons then: First, Ted has awesome knowledge of the market. But unlike others, he doesn't give any false hope. As a client, this is the single most valuable thing that I expect from my agent. As soon as Ted understood from the market feedback that the initial valuation was a bit off chart, he then and there called me, came to my house and discussed it in detail, along with the possible way outs. Second, Ted worked completely for my favor. Even when people he knows from before approached him, he was very courteous to them, stayed professional and worked towards the best outcome for me. What else can I expect from an agent? Third, Ted's plan of attack for the marketing was top notch. He knows very well how to grab attention of the potential buyers, and keep them warm till the end. Fourth, the team work. Ted, Kim and others in the team work so well together, it's like an well-oiled machine. I have previous experience of selling house and I did my research thoroughly. But even if I hadn't done that, I would have had no problem at all along the journey of selling our house.
