I have had previous experiences with selling agents. So, the moment I talked with Ted, I kenw there is something with him that sets him apart from the others. But I was a bit skeptic, and wanted to wait till the very end before giving my verdict. And now, after completion of the whole process of selling of our house in Oxley, I can say without even a single spec of doubt that Ted is THE BEST agent out there, period. Why I am giving him such high praise? Let me count the reasons then: First, Ted has awesome knowledge of the market. But unlike others, he doesn't give any false hope.
