We had already made a commitment elsewhere and needed to sell our home quickly to facilitate the move. A week or so of marketing, one open home - house sold with a non conditional contract for a wholesome price. Madeline followed up questions with the vendor and provided a link to all the documentation for the property. This property went to auction which was a virtual format - I spoke to Madeline via phone whist watching a live stream - this is Ray White Sherwood's format - not a reflection on Madeline. This is a poor experience IMO as you can't 'read the room' and understand who you are bidding against. Preference would be to run a standard auction onsite or in a room that can be attended by interested parties.

Lachlan worked hard with ourselves and the sellers to finalise a purchase as quickly as possible. He communicates clearly, and is always available on the phone or to arrange a viewing. He respected our purchase price limits and was tenacious and patient whilst working within the limits to negotiate the purchase. He was excellent, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a house.

Doug and the team at Ray White Sherwood did a fantastic job selling my mother‘s apartment did it in a matter of a couple of months they reached out to their own database so there was no need for us to even utilise any marketing funds which was brilliant and got us a fantastic result which ended up being Much higher than what we thought and it’s eventuated in a fantastic sale just prior to Christmas, settling early January, if you need a great operator on that side of town, I’ll reach back to Doug and the team at Ray White Sherwood.
