Colin and his agency is the only agent in Canberra that actually pickup or return your call. He even replied to an email which I sent outside of working hours within minutes! Colin and his team are down to earth and very sincere in looking after their sellers and buyers needs. Our experience with his agency has been very positive and we have no hesitation in recommending his services to others.

Can't be happier with Colin and his team. Took all the stress of me, kept me informed through out the whole process, gave me very professional advice. Got the excellent result. There's nothing more I can ask. Sold two properties through Colin, he provided two different strategies, both got excellent result.

Betty’s knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate market is exceptional. This is the second property that Betty has sold for me and could not ask for a better person to do so. Betty goes out of her way to assist in anyway she can. Her professionalism and communication is outstanding. Even during these uncertain times, Betty was still able to sell my property and obtain the price I expected. I have and would recommend Betty to anyone looking to sell their property.

Colin is a complete professional. He was instrumental in the sale of our property, particularly during the COVID-19 Pandemic, where we thought achieving a realistic sale price would be a significant challenge given the current market conditions. We could not be happier with the standard of service we received from Col who continuously kept us informed and updated every step of the way. His response time and communication is first class. The process and efficiency is flawless, and we cannot fault any part of our experience. Col is very passionate, and works extremely hard to achieve the best possible result for his clients. Our first meeting was excellent, he was friendly and answered all of our questions with an open and honest attitude which certainly put us at ease. We cannot thank Col and his team enough for their help and professionalism throughout this process, and we would highly recommend McIntyre Property.

I have no hesitation in recommending Daryl to anyone thinking of selling a home in ACT . We were thinking of re renting our investment property in Gordon, but after speaking to Daryl about the market, which he said was good at the moment, we thought we would give him a chance to sell first. After the first open house, which there were 20 groups through, we already had an offer, and by the end of that week it was under offer, and we were really pleased with the result. He kept us informed all the way through, he was professional, and very easy to talk too. thanks for your help, much appreciated, wouldnt hesitate to recommend him,

Working with Daryl was an absolute pleasure. He is hard working, responsive and knowledgeable about the market. If I could give him six stars out of five I would. Highly recommended.

Scott is a fantastic agent - honest, experienced and always available for what you might need. Scott went above and beyond in making our purchase happen - from enabling a last minute inspection to finding out the type of trees planted in the garden. We couldn't have asked for more.

I would highly recommend Daryl and Maya extremely helpfully available at all time and a pleasure to deal with

Scott recently sold our family home in Gungahlin. I found him to be honest, reliable and informative. He kept me informed of all negotiations, walking me through the process. Our house took longer to sell because of coved19. I would highly recommend Scott as he is both professional and knowledgeable and I would definitely use him again.
